At Ditha, we carefully inspect, pack, and dispatch every product to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. As we deal in sarees, handcrafted wooden furniture, and made-to-order products, we follow a clear and strict Refund & Return Policy to avoid misuse and ensure fairness.

1. No Return / No Exchange – General Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind after placing the order

  • Colour variations due to lighting, camera, or screen settings

  • Minor design, weave, or finish variations (especially in handcrafted sarees and wooden furniture)

  • Size or measurement expectations not matching personal preference

  • Natural wood grain variations, knots, or texture differences (these are not defects)

All product descriptions, dimensions, and images are shared clearly before purchase.

2. Returns Accepted Only for Wrong or Damaged Products

Returns are accepted only if:

  • You receive a wrong product, or

  • The product is damaged at the time of delivery

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to raise a request.

Requests raised after 24 hours will not be considered.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Very Important)

For any damage, defect, or wrong-product claim, an uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must:

  • Be continuous (no cuts, edits, or pauses)

  • Clearly show the sealed package

  • Show the product being opened and the issue observed

Claims without a proper unboxing video will be rejected without exception.

4. Verification & Approval Process

Once the unboxing video and details are received:

  • Our team will review the issue

  • If the claim is approved, we will offer:

    • Replacement (if stock is available), or

    • Refund (only if replacement is not possible)

Returned products must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

For furniture items, inspection approval is mandatory before any action.

5. Exchange / Replacement Timeline

  • Exchange or replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

  • Once approved:

    • Replacement dispatch: 2–3 business days

    • Delivery after dispatch: 3–7 business days

  • Replacement timelines may vary for furniture items due to size and logistics

6. Refund Process

Refunds are processed only after:

  • Product verification

  • Final approval by our support team

Refund method:

  • Original payment method (UPI / bank transfer)

Timeline:

  • Refund processing: 3–7 working days

  • Amount credited within 7–10 business days after approval

7. Not Eligible for Refund / Return

Refunds or returns will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Parcel returned due to customer non-acceptance or failed delivery attempts

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer

  • Damage caused after delivery, misuse, or improper handling

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Natural wood or fabric characteristics mistaken as defects

  • Delay caused by courier partners or unforeseen events

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once packed or shipped

  • Cancellation requests made before packing may be considered on a case-by-case basis

  • Custom-made or furniture orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed

9. Shipping Policy

  • Order processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Delivery timelines:

    • Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days

    • Express Delivery: 3–5 business days (if available)

  • Tracking details are shared once the order is shipped

  • Ditha is not responsible for courier delays or force majeure situations

Furniture deliveries may take longer depending on destination and logistics.
