Such variations are considered natural and not defects.
All products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and process a refund if applicable.

The price shown at checkout is the final price applicable to your order.
4. Orders & Payment
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
We accept payments through UPI, bank transfer, and other methods displayed on the Site.
Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to:
Pricing or typographical errors
Stock unavailability
Suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity
In such cases, the paid amount will be refunded.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India using trusted courier and logistics partners.
Estimated delivery timelines:
Sarees & Apparel: 5–10 business days
Furniture: Delivery timelines may vary based on size, weight, and destination
Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout.
Tracking details are shared once the order is dispatched.
Ditha is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We follow a strict no-return, no-exchange policy, except in the following cases:
Wrong product received
Product damaged during delivery
To be eligible:
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
A continuous unboxing video (no cuts or edits) is mandatory
Refunds or replacements are processed only after verification and approval.
No refunds or exchanges will be provided for:
Colour or design variations
Size or measurement differences
Change of mind after purchase

7. Furniture-Specific Terms
Furniture dimensions mentioned are approximate and may have minor variations.
Natural wood grains, knots, colour differences, and textures are inherent features and not defects.
Any installation or assembly (unless specified) must be handled by the customer.

You agree not to misuse the Site or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
You must provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
Ditha is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect details provided by the customer.
