Ditha is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • We follow a strict no-return, no-exchange policy, except in the following cases:

    • Wrong product received

    • Product damaged during delivery

  • To be eligible:

    • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

    • A continuous unboxing video (no cuts or edits) is mandatory

  • Refunds or replacements are processed only after verification and approval.

  • No refunds or exchanges will be provided for:

    • Colour or design variations

    • Size or measurement differences

    • Change of mind after purchase
